Ugnayan sa Legazpi: Art History and the Evolution of the Sacred is established on the belief that community thrives in the cradle of creativity and unique storytelling. By bringing together Bicolano artists, students, and community members at the foot of Mayon Volcano, this significant discourse is part of the three-day initiative transforming art from a passive experience into an active site of engagement. Through keynote talks like Manny Garibay’s exploration of Art History and the Sacred, the project seeks to democratize cultural learning and trace how shared values have evolved into the modern Bicolano identity.
