"At the forefront of the Academic Year 2025 - 2026, the organization's passion for advocacy and student empowerment manifests in diverse ways encompassing humane values and creative synergy. Platforms that enjoin the participation and meaningful engagement of the students are fundamental spaces for stimulating a free, encouraging, inclusive, and positive environment to partake in advocacy and calling efforts towards addressing pressing issues that are embattling society and communities.
Aligned with these goals, we are optimistic about our participation in the BU-CHELLA The University Welcome Party 2025, a two-day festivity hosted by the Bicol University - University Student Council across the university, highlighting the colors and identity shared by BUenos and creating a vibrant and conducive ambiance for learning and collaboration. Our organization will set up a booth called “DOMUS MAGUS: The Arcane Stop”, as part of the booth competition connected to the mentioned celebration. This event will transpire from September 13-14, 2025, at the Bicol University Commencement Grounds.
The directors and volunteer member-advocates from the club will facilitate the amenities and accommodations of the booth, aiming to ignite the interests of BU students in our advocacies and ideals to advance actions towards meeting the 17 Sustainable Development Goals and exploring potentials for collaborations and discourse among stakeholders. During this engagement, the organization will open its membership drive for the Academic Year 2025 - 2026, fully capacitating its force of catalyzing positive change and uplifting the people.
Encompassed in this section is the booth description. Our booth is a mixture of cottagecore with an incorporation of modern technology as a theme of it as a whole. The vibe of being with nature somehow reflects peace and tranquillity to those people who will visit our booth. It also implies a magical aura that somehow takes you to some wonders that make you want to explore more. Also, the little tent beside it can be used as a resting place in the middle of the crowd so that we can make sure the members can feel a slight relief after a long day of walking on the grounds. We also added a little touch of modern technology vibe to it to match the theme of the music festival or the Coachella vibes that everyone is looking forward to. With this booth we are hoping for everybody to continue our power, to sustain, inspire, advocate, and innovate.
